Recognizes the dedication ceremony held on January 27, 2012, for the Brice's Crossroads Battlefield-Chief Tishomingo Scenic Byway at the Final Stands Interpretive Center in Baldwyn, Mississippi.

Honors a $1.5 million Transportation Enhancement Act grant administered by the Mississippi Department of Transportation and Department of Archives and History that funded the expansion and exhibits.

Celebrates newly interpreted Civil War sites including the Final Stands Interpretive Center expansion (1,200 square feet), the Old Town Creek site in Tupelo, Tishomingo Creek Bridge replica, and the James C. Jourdan burial site.

Documents the scenic byway's features spanning Lee and Prentiss Counties, including Civil War battlefields, Chickasaw Chief Tishomingo's homesite, tribal sites, and historic cemeteries.

Orders the resolution be distributed to the Final Stands Interpretative Center Executive Director, Lee and Prentiss Counties Boards of Supervisors, and the Capitol Press Corps.
