Commends and congratulates Easton Curry, an 11-year-old from Grenada, Mississippi, for being selected as the 2011 State Games of Mississippi AT&T Male Athlete of the Year.

Recognizes Curry's achievements in Martial Arts, including 38 first-place rankings, 18 second-place finishes, and three third-place finishes under the Southern Martial Arts Circuit, plus four Grand Championships.

Notes Curry won three Gold Medals at the June 2011 State Games in Martial Arts and subsequently competed at the National State Games in San Diego, earning Gold in Weapons, Silver in Kumite, and Bronze in Kata despite recovering from a serious car accident.

Honors Curry's discipline, dedication, and determination to compete despite injuries sustained in a car collision one week before the national competition.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Easton Curry and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
