Recognizes and commends the Madison Shannon Palmer High School "Dragons" Cheerleading Squad for achieving a world ranking of Number 8 at the 2012 Universal Cheerleaders Association National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, Florida.

Acknowledges Coach Yolanda Thomas as the 2010-2011 State of Mississippi Cheerleader Coach of the Year and credits her leadership alongside Assistant Coach Santana Lee and Dance Choreographer Tiffany Rudd.

Notes the squad received a First Place Bid to Nationals in December 2010, earned the Most Improved Award at the University of Alabama UCA Cheerleaders Camp in July 2011, and was the first African-American squad in Mississippi and the Mississippi Delta to win a State Championship in cheerleading.
