Recognizes the outstanding records and accomplishments of Mississippi State University tennis teams from 1965-1968 on the occasion of their first-ever reunion on April 19-22, 2012

The 1965 team went 13-1, won MSU's first SEC tennis championship, and finished 8th nationally; the 1966 team went 12-2 and finished tied for 3rd nationally; the 1967 team went 18-4, won the second SEC championship, and finished tied for 3rd nationally; the 1968 team went undefeated at 16-0

Coach Tom Sawyer was inducted into the Mississippi State University Sports Hall of Fame in 1975 and the State of Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame in 1982

Six team members were inducted into the Mississippi State University Sports Hall of Fame: Bobby Brien (1981), Graham Primrose (1983), Mack Cameron (1984), Hugh Thomson (1985), Tito Echiburu (1987), and Rob Cadwallader (1994)

Directs that the resolution be presented to the MSU Tennis Alumnae group, forwarded to the President of Mississippi State University, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps
