Recognizes and commends Rotary International District 6820 Governor Bob Graves of Winona, Mississippi for his civic service and leadership.

Bob Graves served as Secretary for District 6820 (2003-2004), District Trainer (2006-2007), and President of the Winona Rotary Club (2007-2008), and is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and Benefactor.

Governor Graves has prioritized membership growth, foundation support, service projects, and literacy initiatives across the district's 44 clubs with approximately 2,350 members in Central Mississippi.

Encouraged all Rotary clubs in District 6820 to establish literacy service projects to combat illiteracy in Mississippi.

Resolution extends thanks to Bob Graves and his family for his leadership and directs the resolution be presented to him and forwarded to the State Office of Rotary International.
