Recognizes Mrs. Erma Hampton Donald Naylor of DeKalb, Mississippi on her 100th birthday on April 29, 2012.

Honors her lifetime of service as an educator, caregiver, and parent who dedicated herself to improving the quality of life for others.

Acknowledges her as a lifelong member of Beulah Missionary Baptist Church in DeKalb since early childhood and now the eldest church member.

Notes her work as a homemaker and domestic worker, her strong Christian faith, and her role raising ten children spanning five generations.
