Recognizes and salutes the 25th Annual Grand Ole Gospel Reunion held August 9-11, 2012, in Greenville, South Carolina, hosted by Charlie Waller and The Florida Boys.

Honors Charlie Waller, a Waynesboro, Mississippi native who pioneered "Reunion" style gospel music videos and was direct inspiration for Bill Gaither's homecoming videos.

Acknowledges Waller's founding of the Southern Gospel Music Association of Georgia in 1980 (now the Southern Gospel Music Guild) and his 2009 induction into the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame.

Notes Waller's current role as Executive Director of the Southern Gospel Music Association and his leadership of The Florida Boys as lead singer.

Directs presentation of the resolution to Charlie Waller and family, The Florida Boys members, the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame and Museum at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and the Mississippi Arts Commission.
