Amends Section 49-5-115 to authorize law enforcement officers and Commission agents to search and seize wildlife, records, or property used in violation of the Nongame and Endangered Species Conservation Act without a warrant.

Removes language from Section 49-5-115(d) that allowed the Commission discretion to transfer seized wildlife to qualified zoological, educational, or scientific institutions, instead mandating forfeiture to the state for destruction or appropriate disposition.

Removes from Section 49-5-117(a) provisions that previously exempted wildlife lawfully taken from another state and threatened with statewide extinction in Mississippi (but not in the state of origin) from importation prohibitions.

Maintains existing restrictions on possession, transportation, exportation, sale or offer for sale of wildlife listed on the United States' List of Endangered Native Fish and Wildlife.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
