Prohibits public servants and firearm dealers in Mississippi from enforcing federal laws regarding firearms, accessories, or ammunition manufactured and remaining exclusively within state borders.

Makes it a felony for federal officials or employees who enforce federal firearm laws on items owned or manufactured in Mississippi and staying within the state, punishable by 1-5 years imprisonment, up to $5,000 fine, or both.

Authorizes the Mississippi Attorney General to defend state citizens prosecuted by the federal government for manufacturing, selling, transferring, or possessing firearms or ammunition made and retained exclusively within Mississippi.

Declares unenforceable within Mississippi any federal law, rule, regulation, or order created after January 1, 2013 that bans or restricts semi-automatic firearms or magazines, or requires firearm registration.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
