Amends Section 25-7-27, Mississippi Code of 1972, to authorize marshals and constables to receive payment for civil service of process after diligent search and inquiry, regardless of whether service is ultimately successful.

Modifies fee structure to allow $35.00 uniform fee in all civil cases and $5.00 per additional defendant to be paid even when service of process is unsuccessful after diligent search and inquiry.

Allows an additional $15.00 fee for each subsequent attempt at service of process when initial service is unsuccessful after diligent search and inquiry, and authorizes $15.00 additional fee to constables serving defendants in different counties, regardless of service success.

Applies effective date of July 1, 2013.
