Requires applicants to successfully complete a Mississippi state law examination covering the Professional Massage Therapy Act and board regulations in addition to national or state examinations.

Exempts massage establishments with six or more licensed massage therapists from certain advertising restrictions requiring individual license numbers, provided services are performed by licensed therapists.

Extends the repealer date of the Mississippi Professional Massage Therapy Act from July 1, 2013, to July 1, 2017, and allows accredited massage schools that lose accreditation three years to regain compliance instead of the previous timeline.
