• Amends Section 43-13-117 (Medicaid services) to prohibit reimbursement for drugs prohibited under this act and extends the repeal date of certain dental care provisions from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2014

• Applies to all state agencies, departments, institutions, and local political subdivisions receiving public funds from any source

• Takes effect July 1, 2013
