Grants policyholders the right to cancel roofing contracts within 72 hours of receiving written notice that their insurance claim has been denied, with contractors required to refund all payments within ten business days unless emergency services were performed.

Establishes civil and criminal penalties for roofing contractors violating these requirements and amends Mississippi Consumer Protection Act to classify non-compliance with roofing solicitation requirements as an unfair trade practice.
