Allows insureds with auto liability policies covering two or more vehicles to elect single-limit, nonstacking uninsured motorist coverage for all vehicles combined instead of per-vehicle coverage.

Requires single uninsured motorist coverage limit to be no less than liability limits required under Mississippi Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Law for two vehicles combined.

Provides only one single limit of uninsured motorist coverage per accident regardless of number of vehicles on the policy, though coverage may be stacked with uninsured motorist coverage from other policies where appropriate.

Requires insurers to inform insureds on a Department of Insurance-approved form about the stacking limitation and that this coverage is an alternative option; signature by named insured or applicant binds all covered persons.

Takes effect July 1, 2013; lowers the vehicle threshold from ten vehicles to two vehicles for eligibility to purchase single-limit nonstacking coverage.
