Requires school superintendents to certify and verify all statistical information and reports submitted to the State Department of Education with a statement attesting to the accuracy of the data.

Establishes that willful and wanton falsification of submitted statistical information by a superintendent results in revocation of the superintendent's administrative license.

Provides superintendents whose licenses are revoked for falsifying statistical information the right to an administrative procedures hearing as provided under Section 37-3-2.

Adds willful and wanton falsification of statistical information to Section 37-3-2(12) as grounds for license revocation or suspension for school administrators.

Effective date is July 1, 2013.
