Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2016 for Section 43-13-107, which establishes the Division of Medicaid, authorizes appointment of an executive director, and creates the Medical Care Advisory Committee, Drug Use Review Board, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.

Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2016 for Section 43-13-117, which covers dental care services and the entire list of covered Medicaid services under the program.

Extends the repeal date from June 30, 2013 to July 1, 2016 for Section 43-13-119, which establishes a dialysis transportation program for eligible end-stage renal disease patients.

Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2016 for Section 43-13-145, which establishes annual assessments on licensed hospitals, nursing facilities, and intermediate care facilities to fund Medicaid payments and supplemental hospital payments.
