State agencies and departments must include a separate legislative update section on their internet websites within 60 days after each regular legislative session ends.

The legislative update section must summarize any legislation enacted that revises the agency's or department's powers and duties, with a link prominently displayed on the website homepage.

Agencies must provide a contact section or link allowing the public to comment on or ask questions about the legislative revisions and their effects.

The legislative update section must remain on the agency's website until January 1st of the following year.

The act takes effect July 1, 2013.
