Amends Mississippi Code Section 73-11-51 to create a special licensing pathway for funeral directors meeting specific criteria.

Allows individuals aged 62 or older with at least 5 consecutive years of employment at a licensed Mississippi funeral establishment to obtain a funeral directing license without meeting standard examination and training requirements.

Applicants must be currently employed at a licensed funeral establishment and apply during the 30-day period from July 1, 2013, through July 31, 2013.

Requires applicants to document their previous experience and current employment in writing by the funeral establishment owner, management, or licensee and submit with the application.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
