Establishes the Uniform Foreign-Country Money Judgments Recognition Act to provide standards for Mississippi courts to recognize and enforce foreign money judgments

Applies to final judgments from foreign countries that grant or deny recovery of a sum of money, excluding tax judgments, fines, penalties, and domestic relations matters

Mississippi courts shall recognize foreign judgments unless the foreign judicial system lacks impartial tribunals, the defendant lacked proper notice, or other specified grounds exist such as fraud, public policy violations, or conflicting judgments

Recognized foreign judgments are treated as conclusive and enforceable in the same manner as sister state judgments, and actions to recognize foreign judgments must be commenced within 15 years or the judgment's effectiveness period in the foreign country, whichever is earlier

Effective July 1, 2013, for actions commenced on or after that date involving recognition of foreign-country judgments
