Amends Section 49-7-251 to grant justice courts jurisdiction over forfeiture proceedings for property seized under game and fish laws when the seized property value falls within justice court jurisdictional limits as defined in Section 9-11-9.

Expands venue for forfeiture petitions to include justice courts in addition to existing circuit court and county court options.

Updates references to rename the "Department of Wildlife Conservation" to "Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks" throughout the forfeiture procedures.

Updates references to rename the "State Tax Commission" to "Department of Revenue" for vehicle title inquiries.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
