Limits annual homemade beer production to 100 gallons for households with one adult (21+) or 200 gallons for households with two or more adults

Permits removal of homemade beer from the home only for participation in bona fide exhibitions, contests, or competitions where beer is tasted and judged

Prohibits the sale of homemade beer under any circumstances

Creates exceptions to county-level prohibition laws to allow transportation of homemade beer for authorized competition purposes
