Authorizes courts to impose house arrest as a condition of nonadjudicated sentences for certain crimes, limited to 3 years maximum for eligible drug crimes.

Restricts house arrest use in drug cases to: possession of 1 ounce or less of marijuana, possession of 1 kilogram or more of marijuana, or violations of the Mississippi Implied Consent Law.

Expands the definition of "court" to include county, municipal, and justice courts (in addition to circuit courts) for purposes of imposing house arrest under Section 99-15-26.

Maintains existing eligibility restrictions: persons previously convicted of felonies or those charged with drug distribution/trafficking (except small marijuana amounts) remain ineligible for nonadjudicated sentences.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
