Creates a 17-member Task Force on the Study of the Impact of Immigrants on Poverty in Mississippi composed of 4 House members, 4 Senate members, and representatives from education, employment, workforce development, human services, health, mental health departments, the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and two immigrant rights organizations.

Task force shall review economic impacts of immigrants on poverty, evaluate effects on employment opportunities for state residents, and analyze costs of public benefits provided to immigrants offset by tax revenues and economic stimulus generated.

First meeting must be held by June 1, 2013, with subsequent meetings scheduled by the task force; members serve without compensation but the legislature shall provide administrative support and state agencies must provide requested facilities and data.

Task force may accept donations or grants from public or private sources but shall operate without state appropriations, and shall make legislative recommendations based on findings.

Task force provisions automatically repeal July 1, 2016.
