Appropriates $2,742,310.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi Board of Nursing for fiscal year 2014 (July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014).

Authorizes 32 permanent full-time positions for the Board of Nursing with restrictions on salary increases and personnel actions unless specifically exempted by legislative conditions.

Allocates $197,288.00 specifically for the Office of Nursing Workforce nursing simulation labs project.

Authorizes the Board of Nursing to realign 32 personnel identification numbers (PINs) in accordance with State Personnel Board recommendations at a cost not to exceed $377,209.00.

Requires the Board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2013 and submit future budget requests in comparable detail to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.
