Appropriates $3,787,406.00 for House of Representatives salaries, mileage, insurance, matching funds, and daily expense allowances; $5,868,863.00 for House contingent fund.

Appropriates $1,658,170.00 for Senate salaries, mileage, insurance, matching funds, and daily expense allowances; $4,727,636.00 for Senate contingent fund.

Appropriates funds for joint legislative operations ($1,484,608.00), Joint Legislative Budget Committee ($3,620,519.00), Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review ($2,408,543.00), Joint Legislative Reapportionment Committee ($485,367.00), and Joint Legislative Code Committee ($400,000.00).

Appropriates $2,544,899.00 for House monthly expense allowances and $1,105,122.00 for Senate monthly expense allowances under Section 5-1-41.

Appropriates $394,787.00 for state's share of various assessments including Southern States Energy Board, Southern Growth Policies Agreement, Interstate Cooperation, National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, and The Energy Council; prohibits out-of-state travel expenses without prior approval from House Management Committee or Senate Rules Committee.
