Appropriates $6,588,118.00 from the State General Fund and $500,247.00 from special funds for the Mississippi State Supreme Court for fiscal year 2014.

Appropriates $22,803,293.00 from the State General Fund and $2,679,120.00 from special funds (including $400,000 from the Criminal Justice Fund) for expenses of special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges.

Appropriates $3,165,402.00 from the State General Fund and $22,949,992.00 from special funds for the Administrative Office of Courts, including $150,000 for a Drug Treatment Court Program in Hinds County.

Appropriates $5,646,227.00 from the State General Fund and $171,931.00 from special funds for the Court of Appeals, plus $406,515.00 from special funds for the Board of Bar Admissions.

Authorizes 66 permanent full-time positions for the Supreme Court, 102 for trial judges, 57 for the Court of Appeals, and 3 for the Board of Bar Admissions; provides up to $1,500,000.00 for electronic court systems and $1,875,000.00 for youth court support.
