Appropriates $17,474,098.00 from the State General Fund for salaries, travel expenses, and office expenses of district attorneys and assistant district attorneys for fiscal year 2014 (July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014).

Appropriates $2,568,833.00 from the State Prosecutor Compensation Fund for assistant district attorney salaries as authorized by Section 25-31-5(1).

Allocates $1,170,000.00 of the appropriated funds specifically for district attorney office expenses.

Prohibits use of appropriated funds to reimburse district attorneys or staff for taxable meals consumed within their geographical district.

Requires district attorneys to maintain complete accounting and personnel records matching Fiscal Year 2013 formats and authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to accept and expend up to $500,000.00 in additional funds for termination leave payments.
