Reappropriates $27,906,638 to the Department of Finance and Administration's Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management for fiscal year 2014 (July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014)

Reauthorizes expenditure of special funds previously appropriated in House Bill 1598 (2012 Regular Session) for construction, repair, and renovation projects at various state agencies and institutions

Limits actual expenditures to the unexpended balance as of June 30, 2013, and prohibits changing the original purpose of the funds

Authorizes the Bureau of Building to receive and expend state, local, or other source funds designated for supplemental funding of construction and renovation projects

Funds will be disbursed from the State Treasury through warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer upon proper requisitions
