Authorizes Forrest County Board of Supervisors to contribute up to $95,200 in county funds during calendar year 2013 to support service programs provided by thirteen specified organizations.

Allocates funds to organizations including Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeast Mississippi ($1,218), Boy Scouts of America ($2,256), Gulf Pine Girl Scout Council ($2,256), and Association for Retarded Citizens ($2,256).

Provides funds to youth sports organizations including Hattiesburg Little League Baseball Association ($5,000), Petal Optimist Club Baseball ($5,000), and First Tee ($5,000).

Allocates larger amounts to Pearl River Valley Opportunity ($25,000), Hattiesburg Downtown Association ($23,750), and Pinebelt Association for Community Enhancement ($9,476).

Includes funding for social service providers including Salvation Army ($2,707), AIDS Services Coalition ($9,025), and Neighborhood Education Enhancement Development Services ($2,256).
