Amends Mississippi Code Section 83-11-101 to require uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage limits be identical to the bodily injury liability coverage limits in the policy.

Removes the previous optional provision allowing insured persons to increase uninsured motorist limits up to but not exceeding their bodily injury liability limits or elect lesser limits.

Effective date changed from January 1, 1967 to July 1, 2012 for when uninsured motorist coverage must be included in new automobile liability insurance policies.

Property damage uninsured motorist coverage provisions remain unchanged, allowing optional rejection and permitting a $200 deductible.

Becomes effective July 1, 2013.
