Increases maximum prison sentence for human trafficking and procuring involuntary servitude from 20 years to 25 years, plus a fine up to $2,000.

Establishes procuring sexual servitude of a minor as a separate offense with a maximum penalty of 50 years imprisonment.

Defines human trafficking to include recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, providing, or obtaining another person intending they will be subjected to forced labor or services.

Creates liability for business entities that knowingly aid or participate in human trafficking, including permanent loss of any license or certificate to conduct business in Mississippi.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
