Clarifies that "concealed" means hidden or obscured from common observation and explicitly excludes weapons carried in visible holsters, sheaths, or cases that are wholly or partially visible.

Allows persons aged 18-20 who are military members or veterans with valid Mississippi identification to obtain concealed carry licenses, in addition to the standard age requirement of 21 and older.

Requires applicants under age 21 to submit a profile photograph instead of a full-face photograph as part of the concealed carry license application process.

Removes language prohibiting open and unconcealed carrying of stun guns or deadly weapons, effectively allowing open carry of certain weapons outside of the concealed carry licensing requirement.

Modifies penalties and definitions in concealed weapons statutes to align with the new definition of "concealed" and clarifies which weapons fall under concealed carry regulations.
