Increases maximum compensation per bingo session from $400.00 to $600.00 for all persons involved in conducting licensed charitable bingo games under Mississippi Code Section 97-33-69.

Compensation of up to $600.00 per session may be distributed among bingo supervisors, alternate supervisors, callers, runners, and cashiers.

Bingo supervisors and alternate supervisors cannot receive any additional compensation beyond their portion of the $600.00 per session amount.

Applies the same $600.00 per session limit to corporations, persons, or entities operating bingo games under contract for charitable organizations, restricted to one organization and one physical location.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
