Amends Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code of 1972, to expand Medicaid eligibility for children in foster care under state custody and financial responsibility.

Children under 18 years old in foster care for whom the Department of Human Services has custody and financial responsibility are now eligible for Medicaid.

Extends Medicaid coverage for children in foster care until their twenty-first birthday, consistent with existing coverage for those 18 years and older.

Effective date is July 1, 2013.
