Appropriates $20,000,000 from the Capital Expense Fund to the Mississippi Department of Transportation's Office of State Aid Road Construction for the Local System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Fund through June 30, 2014.

Appropriates $26,000,000 from the Capital Expense Fund to the Department of Finance and Administration for construction and repair projects at state institutions, including $11,000,000 for roof replacements at Institutions of Higher Learning campuses, $5,000,000 for Community and Junior Colleges, $4,000,000 for Department of Mental Health, $1,000,000 for Jackson State University waterproofing, and $5,000,000 for miscellaneous agencies.

Appropriates $22,000,000 from the Capital Expense Fund to the Department of Finance and Administration to continue operations of the MAGIC project, the state's primary financial data processing system.

Appropriates $3,000,000 from the Budget Contingency Fund to the Department of Insurance for the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program through June 30, 2014.

Appropriates $1,600,000 from the Budget Contingency Fund to the Mississippi Development Authority to defray costs for the Cleveland Music Foundation's GRAMMY Museum in Cleveland, Mississippi.
