Increases the Drug Court Fund assessment from $10.00 to $20.00 for traffic violations, Implied Consent Law violations, game and fish violations, misdemeanors, and felonies.

Adjusts total state assessments for traffic violations through June 30, 2014 from $90.50 to $100.50, and from July 1, 2014 from $88.59 to $98.59.

Increases total state assessments for Implied Consent Law violations from $243.50 to $253.50.

Increases total state assessments for game and fish violations from $89.00 to $99.00, misdemeanors from $106.75 to $118.75, and felonies from $280.50 to $290.50.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
