Amends Section 27-19-56.1 to redirect fees from firefighter distinctive license tags from the Mississippi Burn Care Fund to the Mississippi Fire Fighters Association.

Changes the State Tax Commission references to the Department of Revenue throughout the statute.

Maintains the $50 additional fee for distinctive firefighter license tags, with $7 distributed to the State General Fund and the remainder to the Mississippi Fire Fighters Association instead of the burn care fund.

Retains the 3% fee retained by county tax collectors and the existing provisions for replacement tags, decals, and firefighter eligibility requirements.

Effective July 1, 2013.
