Creates the Tourism Development and Support Fund to be administered by the Tunica County Tourism Commission for developing tourism infrastructure, amenities, and providing grants to private industry in Tunica County.

Increases the bond requirement for Tourism Commission commissioners from $5,000 to $50,000 and requires Executive Director approval from the Mississippi Development Authority before fund expenditures.

Authorizes fund use for tourism projects, economic diversification, private industry grants, state/federal grant matching funds, and pledging fund proceeds to secure debt for eligible projects.

Expands the Commission's authority to contract with state and federal agencies for development of "tourism and tourism related projects" (previously only "tourism").

Updates references from "State Tax Commission" to "Department of Revenue" for tax collection and administration purposes.
