Establishes goal of at least one public CNG fueling station every 100 miles along Mississippi's interstate highway system by 2017, increasing to every 50 miles by 2027.

Defines "CNG fueling stations" as property directly related to compressed natural gas fuel delivery into motor vehicles, including compression equipment and storage vessels.

Authorizes the Bureau of Fleet Management within the Department of Finance and Administration to enter into partnership agreements with private entities to construct CNG fueling stations to meet established goals, subject to public bidding requirements.

Amends Section 25-1-77 to add partnership authority for CNG fueling station construction and expands Bureau duties to include coordinating alternative fuel infrastructure development.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
