Authorizes issuance of $2,000,000.00 in state general obligation bonds for historical projects in Corinth, Mississippi.

$1,500,000.00 of bond proceeds shall assist the City of Corinth in paying costs for repair, renovation, expansion, and improvements to the Curlee House and related facilities.

$500,000.00 of bond proceeds shall assist the Siege & Battle of Corinth Commission in purchasing the former West Corinth School property and campus.

Creates a special "2013 Corinth Historical Properties Improvements Fund" in the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the designated projects.

Bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2017; bonds shall mature in no more than 25 years and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.
