Amends Section 63-1-35 of the Mississippi Code to allow driver's license holders to omit their physical home address from the license itself.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to maintain the licensee's physical home address in department records and cross-reference it with the driver's license number for identification purposes.

Does not change existing requirements for social security numbers, photographs, or other identifying information on driver's licenses.

Becomes effective July 1, 2013.
