Amends Mississippi Code sections 75-77-1 and 75-77-9 to include all-terrain vehicles and off-road utility vehicles in the definition of "retailer" and covered inventory under the retail contract repurchase law.

Expands the types of equipment that suppliers must repurchase from retailers upon termination of a retail contract to explicitly include all-terrain vehicles and off-road utility vehicles, alongside existing categories like farm implements, machinery, and outdoor power equipment.

Maintains existing exemptions from repurchase requirements, including inventory in poor condition, non-current models, equipment purchased more than 36 months prior to contract termination, and inventory ordered after the contract termination date.

Takes effect upon passage.
