Requires the Division of Medicaid to make regular redetermination of eligibility available by mail for all Medicaid recipient categories.

Mandates eligibility workers be stationed at all Medicaid regional offices, federally qualified health centers, disproportionate share hospitals, and other appropriate sites during regular office hours.

Requires staff at those locations to accept Medicaid applications and assist applicants with the application process during regular division operating hours.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
