Allows drivers with visual impairment in one eye to obtain a commercial driver's license if they otherwise meet all qualifications for issuance.

Requires annual physical examinations by an ophthalmologist or optometrist confirming the driver maintains at least 20/40 vision (Snellen) in the better eye and meets federal standards under 49 CFR 391.41.

Mandates drivers provide copies of eye examination reports to the medical examiner at annual medical examinations and to their employer for retention in the driver's qualification file.

Restricts commercial driving privileges to within Mississippi boundaries through an endorsement on the commercial driver's license.

Takes effect upon passage.
