Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration to purchase real property in Pelahatchie, Rankin County on behalf of the Mississippi Department of Revenue.

Property consists of approximately 20 acres located at the northwest quadrant of the Highway 43 and Interstate 20 interchange.

Purchase price shall not exceed fair market value as determined by the average of at least two appraisals from certified and licensed appraisers, with one appraisal potentially coming from the Department of Revenue.

Authorizes Department of Finance and Administration to negotiate all purchase terms and ancillary agreements, including costs for personnel relocation, facility design and construction, equipment and furniture installation, HVAC systems, and other necessary facility work.

Allows the Department of Finance and Administration to correct any discrepancies in the legal property description.
