Reduces the minimum number of vehicles required for an insured to purchase single-limit, nonstacking uninsured motorist insurance coverage from ten (10) vehicles to four (4) vehicles

Single-limit uninsured motorist coverage must be at least equal to the liability limits required under Mississippi Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Law for four vehicles combined

Regardless of how many vehicles are covered by the policy, only one single limit of uninsured motorist coverage applies per accident for injuries or property damage

Insurers must provide a Department of Insurance-approved form informing the insured about stacking limitations and that this coverage is an alternative to stackable coverage; the form must be signed by the named insured or applicant
