Expands the definition of "motor home" in Mississippi Code Section 63-17-55 to include travel trailers, fifth wheels, camping trailers, and truck campers that are mounted on or towed by a motor vehicle and do not require a special permit for highway use.

Removes the exemption for motor homes from repurchase requirements in Section 63-17-141, requiring manufacturers or distributors to repurchase motor home inventory, parts, equipment, tools, and signs from dealers within 90 days of franchise termination or nonrenewal.

Requires manufacturers or distributors to repurchase new, undamaged motor vehicle inventory and unused parts at catalog prices plus 5% for packing and return costs, and to buy back special tools and branded signage at fair market value within 60 days of property tender.

Effective July 1, 2013.
