Amends Mississippi Code Section 41-23-43 to include volunteer fire department personnel in the state vaccination program for first responders.

Defines "volunteer fire department personnel" as those actively engaged in fire duty, in good standing, and approved by the fire chief and county fire coordinator to participate.

Requires the State Department of Health to offer vaccinations including hepatitis A and B, diphtheria-tetanus, influenza, pneumococcal, and other vaccines recommended by the U.S. Public Health Service.

Vaccination participation is voluntary except for first responders with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens, who must comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards.

Exemptions available for those with medical contraindications from a licensed physician or those with religious objections; effective July 1, 2013, contingent on receipt of federal funding.
