Prohibits public servants and firearm dealers from enforcing federal laws regarding firearms, accessories, or ammunition manufactured and remaining within Mississippi's borders.

Makes it a felony for any federal official or employee who enforces federal firearm laws on weapons owned or manufactured in Mississippi that remain within the state, punishable by 1-5 years imprisonment and/or up to $5,000 fine.

Authorizes the Mississippi Attorney General to provide legal defense for state citizens prosecuted by the federal government for manufacturing, selling, transferring, or possessing firearms or ammunition retained exclusively within Mississippi.

Declares unenforceable within Mississippi any federal law, rule, regulation, or order created on or after January 1, 2013 that bans semi-automatic firearms or firearm magazines, or requires firearm registration.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
