Includes certified academic language therapists (CALT) clinically certified by the Academic Language Therapy Association in the category of professionals eligible for an annual $6,000 salary supplement, limited to a maximum of 20 individuals.

Removes the requirement that annual salary supplements paid to national board certified teachers, nurses, counselors, and speech-language pathologists be subject to legislative appropriation.

Adds licensed athletic trainers with National Certified Athletic Trainer (NCAT) certification from the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification as eligible for the $6,000 annual salary supplement, limited to a maximum of 10 individuals.

Increases the maximum number of eligible licensed school nurses receiving the supplement from 30 to 35.
